All guests of P.D.S. Storm Tours will make their own travel arrangements to Tulsa International Airport in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Tours start on Sundays and end on Saturdays. Tour guests will need to be at the airport no later than 4:00p.m. on the Sunday of their tour. A complimentary shuttle will pick you up and escort you to the hotel. Your room will already be reserved, so al you will have to do is check-in and pick up your keys.
When booking a tour, each guest(s) will fill out the registration form and mail it back to P.D.S. Storm Tours along with their deposit to hold their spot on the tour of their choice. After the deposit and registration form is received, an informational packet will be send to the guest(s).

We have different types of tours available!
1 Week Tour Package - $1900.00. Includes tour, hotel & amenities and souvenir t-shirt
2 Week Tour Package - $3700.00. Includes tour, hotel & amenities and souvenir t-shirt
On Call Chase - $200.00 (includes souvenir t-shirt)*
Non-refundable deposit of $400.00 is required to book a 1 week tour.
Non-refundable deposit of $800.00 is required to book a 2 week tour.
Balances on any tour except an On-Call chase are due no later than April 1st.
Each guest is responsible for their own food, souvenirs, and travel to and from Tulsa International Airport.
* An On-Call chase will be activated within 48 hours of storm initiation for Moderate or High Risk areas as outlined by the Storm Prediction Center on any given day. P.D.S. Storm Tours reserves the right to activate or not activate an on-call chase as well as reserving the right to choose a given location of an On-Call chase. |

| A meet & greet dinner will be on Sunday evenings at 6:00pm. Please plan to attend to meet other tour guests and your tour guides. A lot of information will be shared at this dinner, so please make sure you attend. |

Age requirements:
Minimum age to go on a tour is 16. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult over 18 and must sign release and have witnessed by an adult.
Must be 18 or older to book a tour. |

Cancellation Policy:
Guests who cancel their tour within 60 days of their tour date will lose 50% of the total tour fee.
Guests who cancel their tour within 30 days of their tour date will lose 100% of the total tour fee.
THE CANCELLATION POLICY IS STRICTLY ENFORCED AS IT WILL BE DIFFICULT FOR P.D.S. STORM TOURS TO FILL AN OPEN VACANCY ON SHORT NOTICE.
IF A GUEST MUST LEAVE THE TOUR FOR EMERGENCY OR OTHERWISE REQUESTS TO LEAVE THE TOUR FOR PERSONAL REASONS, P.D.S. STORM TOURS WILL TAKE THE GUEST TO THE CLOSEST AVAILABLE MAJOR AIRPORT. P.D.S. STORM TOURS CANNOT GUARANTEE A SPECIFIC AIRPORT DUE TO THE AREA WE MAY BE TOURING IN.
GUESTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY AND ALL TRANSPORTATION COSTS BACK HOME.
IN THE EVENT OF AN UNFORSEEN EMERGENCY, P.D.S STORM TOURS WILL CREDIT THE GUEST A PRO-RATED AMOUNT TOWARDS ANOTHER TOUR. |
